1. Overview
This policy explains when refunds are available, how withdrawals work, and how to resolve disputes about deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements. Our goal is transparency — we want you to clearly understand what is and isn't refundable before you use our service.

2. What Is NOT Refundable
These are NOT refundable under any circumstances:
- Betting losses — Money lost placing bets that didn't win
- Bet stakes after placement — Once a bet is confirmed, the stake is committed
- Wagered bonus funds — Bonus money lost during wagering
- TDS deducted — 30% tax deduction is a legal requirement, not ours to refund (you can claim refunds at ITR filing if you have overall loss of income)
- Banking charges — Fees charged by your bank for transfers
- "Regret" deposits — You feeling you shouldn't have deposited later
- Losses from emotional betting — Bad decisions made while upset, drunk, etc.
3. What IS Refundable
Refunds are available in specific situations:
3.1 Accidental Deposits (Before Betting)
If you accidentally deposit money and haven't yet placed any bet:
- Time window: Request within 1 hour of deposit
- Condition: No betting activity between deposit and refund request
- Process: WhatsApp message with 'REFUND ACCIDENTAL DEPOSIT'
- Timeline: 24-48 hours from our side; additional 1-3 business days for bank credit
- Method: Refund to original payment source (UPI/bank)
- Limit: First accidental deposit per user is routinely refunded; pattern of repeat accidental deposits may be denied
3.2 Technical Errors
If a bet was placed due to a demonstrable platform technical error:
- System displayed wrong odds (palpable error)
- Bet was placed without your authorization due to system glitch
- Platform failed to honor a clearly winning bet
- Requires technical evidence and 4rabet investigation
- Resolution: Bet voided and stake refunded
3.3 Bonus Cancellation (Before Wagering)
If you accepted a bonus but haven't used it:
- Contact us before placing any bets
- We cancel the bonus, leaving your deposit untouched
- Your deposit is then fully withdrawable
3.4 Unauthorized Account Access
If your account was used by someone else without authorization:
- Report immediately on WhatsApp
- Requires technical investigation confirming unauthorized access
- Third-party fraud may be refunded (depending on 4rabet policy)
- Family/known person use typically not refunded (your credential security responsibility)
3.5 Event Cancellation or Void Bets
If a cricket match is abandoned, postponed significantly, or voided:
- Handled per 4rabet's sport-specific rules
- Commonly: stake refunded, or bet settled based on DLS/similar adjusted rules
- Settlement is automatic per platform rules
3.6 Service Failure
If we fail to create your ID or provide the service you requested after payment to us (though our ID creation is currently free, this preserves the principle):
- Full refund of any service fees
- Any associated deposits reversed
4. Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Withdrawal Process
- Complete KYC verification (required for first withdrawal)
- Ensure any bonus wagering requirements are met (otherwise bonus is forfeited)

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

- Maximum: No upper limit for fully verified users

- First withdrawal: May require additional verification

4.4 TDS on Winnings
Per Indian tax law (Sections 115BBJ and 194BA), a 30% TDS is automatically deducted from net winnings at the time of withdrawal. This is:
- Mandated by law, not our choice
- Applied to net winnings (winnings minus deposits during the session)
- Credited against your annual tax liability
- Reflected in your Form 26AS
- Refundable if overall annual tax liability is lower (through ITR filing)
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted in these situations:
- KYC not complete or documents expired
- Active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements
- Amounts exceeding daily/transaction limits
- Unusual patterns triggering AML review
- Bank/UPI system outages
- Regulatory holds for specific investigations
- Account under dispute or investigation
5. Bet Settlement Disputes
5.1 When To Dispute
- Clear evidence the settlement doesn't match actual match result
- Technical error in odds displayed vs. settlement
- Bet settled despite event being abandoned/void
- Platform rules apparently not followed correctly
5.2 When NOT To Dispute
- You just want to reverse a losing bet
- You didn't understand the betting market before placing
- You think the odds were too low (they're market-driven)
- DLS method or similar adjusted results don't match your expectation
- The match abandonment rules don't work in your favor
5.3 Dispute Process
- Initial contact: WhatsApp with 'BET DISPUTE' + bet ID + clear reason
- Initial review (24 hrs): We review settlement rules and explain or escalate
- 4rabet escalation (48-72 hrs): Formal review by 4rabet senior team
- Resolution: Decision communicated in writing
- External appeal: If unsatisfied, escalate to Curaçao eGaming or consumer forums
6. Payment Processor Issues
Sometimes issues occur with payment processors (banks, UPI apps) rather than us:
6.1 Stuck Deposits
Your bank deducted money but it didn't credit to your Cricket ID:
- Wait 30 minutes for delayed processing
- Check with your bank/UPI for transaction status
- Contact us with transaction ID and bank confirmation
- We'll trace and either credit your account or arrange bank reversal
- Resolution typically within 2-24 hours
6.2 Withdrawal Not Received
Withdrawal processed from our side but not received:
- Check UPI/bank account in 2-4 hours (initial timeline)
- If not received after expected time, contact us with UTR/transaction ID
- We'll trace with our payment partner
- Most 'missing' withdrawals are delayed, not lost — reach us before worrying
- If genuinely failed, we reprocess or request refund from processor
