1. Agreement To Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Cricket-4ra.online ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our services — creating a Cricket ID, contacting our support, visiting our website — you agree to these Terms in full.
Important: These Terms govern your relationship with Cricket-4ra.online only. When you bet on 4rabet, you're also bound by 4rabet's own Terms of Service, which are separate. Please read both documents.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (strictly enforced through KYC verification)
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law
- Be a resident of India (or legally authorized to use the service from your location)
- Not be on any gambling self-exclusion list you have voluntarily joined
- Not be a professional athlete or official directly involved in events you'll bet on (conflict of interest)
- Not be legally prohibited from gambling (e.g., certain government employees, judges)
- Have valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) as required for verification
3. Our Services
We provide the following services:

What we don't do: We don't place bets for you, provide tipping services, guarantee winnings, or operate as a betting platform ourselves. We are an onboarding and support service for 4rabet.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you commit to:
4.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, complete information during registration and KYC. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and legal action. You must update your information if it changes (e.g., phone number change, address change).
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, OTP codes). Never share credentials with anyone — including family members. We will never ask for your password or OTP. Any activity on your account is deemed to be your activity.
4.3 Lawful Use
You will use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Engage in money laundering or help disguise illegal funds
- Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Create multiple accounts or circumvent self-exclusion
- Engage in match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption
- Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain
- Bet on events you are personally involved in (as player, coach, official, etc.)
4.4 Respectful Communication
You agree to communicate with our support staff respectfully. Abusive language, threats, discriminatory remarks, or harassment will not be tolerated. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. Support staff are trained to be patient and helpful, but also to protect themselves from abuse.
4.5 Responsible Gambling
You acknowledge the risks of betting and commit to betting responsibly:
- Bet only what you can afford to lose
- Don't chase losses
- Use our responsible gaming tools if needed
- Seek help if gambling becomes problematic
- Never bet with borrowed money or essential funds
5. Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including:
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus withdrawal (typically 5x for welcome bonus)
- Time limits — most bonuses expire if unused within specified time (usually 30-60 days)
- Eligible games/sports — not all bets qualify for wagering (typically minimum odds of 1.8)
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds
- One bonus per user — bonus abuse (multiple accounts claiming same bonus) leads to forfeiture
- Geographic restrictions may apply to specific promotions
- Cannot combine — typically cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly allowed
Specific bonus terms are provided when the bonus is offered. Reading those specific terms before accepting is your responsibility.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ₹300
- No maximum deposit limit for verified users
- Deposits are processed instantly
- Only deposits from bank accounts/UPI IDs registered to you are accepted
- Third-party deposits (someone else's account) may be returned or account frozen
- We don't charge deposit fees; your bank may
6.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
- Withdrawals to UPI: processed within 5 minutes typically
- Bank transfers: 1-4 hours during banking hours
- Withdrawals only to bank accounts verified in your KYC
- TDS of 30% deducted on net winnings per Indian tax law
- First withdrawal may require additional verification
- Suspected fraud/AML issues may delay withdrawals pending investigation
6.3 AML Requirements
We comply with Indian anti-money-laundering regulations. Large or unusual transactions may trigger additional verification. We may require source-of-funds documentation for: (a) deposits over ₹10,00,000 cumulatively, (b) withdrawals over ₹5,00,000 in short periods, (c) patterns suggesting structuring or layering. 7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Money laundering or disguising illegal source of funds
- Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent identification
- Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses
- Collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption
- Using bots, scripts, or automated betting systems
- Exploiting software bugs or odds errors
- Sharing accounts or reselling accounts
- Use by minors (under 18)
- Betting while self-excluded
- Circumventing geographical restrictions
- Engaging in threats, abuse, or harassment
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cricket-4ra.online — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission. The "4rabet" name and logo are trademarks of their respective owner; we use them with authorization as an official partner.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service "As Is"
We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for reliability, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect availability. Occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues may occur.
9.2 Betting Outcomes
We don't guarantee betting outcomes, don't provide tipping services, and are not responsible for your betting decisions or losses. Betting is inherently risky — you may lose money.
9.3 Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties for core services (4rabet platform, payment processors, banks). We're not responsible for their actions, outages, or policy changes. We'll work with them to resolve issues affecting you.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to: (a) the fees we received from you (currently ₹0 since service is free), or (b) ₹10,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for: lost profits, betting losses, emotional distress, or consequential damages. This limitation doesn't apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of laws, (c) your violation of third-party rights, (d) misuse of our services, (e) false or inaccurate information you provide.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination By You
You can terminate your account anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp with 'CLOSE ACCOUNT'. We'll process withdrawal of remaining balance and close the account. Self-exclusion is also available with various duration options.
11.2 Termination By Us
We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including: false information, fraud, AML concerns, multi-accounting, abusive behavior, or legal requirements. We provide written notice with reasons except where prohibited by law.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (a) Your access ends immediately. (b) Legitimate balances are returned. (c) Fraud-related balances may be forfeited. (d) Data is retained per legal requirements. (e) Obligations that by nature survive (e.g., indemnification) remain.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Multi-Step Process
We believe in resolving disputes fairly through a structured process:
- Internal resolution — Contact WhatsApp support; we aim to resolve within 48 hours
- Escalation — Message 'ESCALATE'; Head of Customer Support reviews within 72 hours
- Mediation — Good-faith mediation through agreed neutral third party
- External bodies — Curaçao eGaming (for 4rabet platform disputes), consumer forums (for our service disputes), banking ombudsman (for payment disputes)
12.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes relating to our services (Cricket-4ra.online) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Disputes relating to the 4rabet platform are governed by 4rabet's Terms and Curaçao law.
13. Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control: natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, internet outages, pandemics, war, terrorism, or similar events. We'll make reasonable efforts to minimize impact and communicate delays.
14. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or user feedback. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp and prominent website notice. Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept them. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
15. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right for future enforcement.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Refund Policy, and KYC/AML Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services.
